preventive Maintenance

Preventive maintenance eliminates problems before they happen. The correct preventive maintenance expertise will save you time and money, in addition to maximizing the value of your warranties.

PPS also offers Infrared/Thermographic inspections. Thermographic inspections provide an extra level of inspection to identify potential problems not visible to the naked eye.

In addition, with our availability of parts and our expert support, we can service and maintain most makes and models of UPS and rectifier systems.

Our Factory Trained Field Engineers perform all preventive and remedial maintenance.

24/7 Support

PPS offers anytime emergency service for all critical power equipment including UPS Systems, Batteries, and Power Distribution Units. You will always be able to speak to someone and you will be called back within 15 minutes. Our commitment is that you will be able to speak to someone regarding your emergency 24x7x365.

We pride ourselves on being nimble. We won’t make you jump through hoops or be stuck in bureaucratic red tape; when it’s an emergency, we do what’s necessary to get you back up-and-running.

Our Field Service Engineers

It is important to us that our engineers reflect the latest best practices in product training and systems design. Each PPS engineer has more than five years experience in the critical power industry with in-depth experience on Toshiba, Chloride, GE, Emerson/Liebert, Exide, Powerware, IPM, EPE/MGE, Deltec, Best, APC, Mitsubishi and IMV UPS equipment.

PPS can also handle all infrared/thermographic inspection needs.

In many cases we prevent problems before they happen by following rigorous standards for the maintenance and set up of your critical power equipment. Our Two-Stage Review Process ensures that more than one trained engineer reviews your maintenance reports. This enables us to be even more thorough and to spot those small aberrations early that can lead to trouble down the road.

The training we provide for our Field Service Engineers is second-to-none. Training is in our DNA. In addition to being “factory-trained”, each PPS engineer has been “field-trained.” What this means is that, before we certify an engineer as “field ready,” he has worked side-by-side with one of our experienced engineers for one-to-two years in the field. As you know, in the critical power industry, nothing beats the experience of solving real problems in the field.

PPS is a registered and certified Toshiba and Chloride Service Representative for Texas, Oklahoma, Southern California and Arizona and all of our engineers have been through both Toshiba and Chloride training.
